The Longest Day

Just when I thought it was over!

Sorry I ditched on you guys for lunch today. I definitely had the choice to leave, and I chose to stay. It's not that I didn't want to go! Seriously! If you've seen this guys kids before, they really are the most adorable little things in the world. They're about 2 and 2 1/2 years old.

I was sitting there, with all the intentions in the world of leaving, then bam! Nathan looks over and says, "Man, Green, it would really be nice to see my kids before I leave." At first I was like, "Woah, woah, sorry man, I can't do it." But then he started to talk about how happy and surprised they would be. I'm a sucker... I know it. Seriously. But anyways, what can I lose? I'm staying behind for 21 days, and they are going out to sea for just as long. I can sacrifice 7 hours.

Star Trek tonight! I can gladly say that I'm not too excited, but it did look like a good movie. I think I'm going to dress up as an Arab. That way, when I get the question, "Uh, 'scuse me. Who are you?" I will simply reply, "What?! You've never seen episode [insert obscure episode number here]?!?" And walk away.
