Okay, so this one will be relatively short.
Yesterday, I started work on a friend of a friends car, with my good friend Xavier. Another Acura Integra, to be precise. Same exact model as my own!
We worked up until about 2 in the morning, taking all the stuff off, and then watched Van Wilder. What fun!
The next day, we started working again. The goal was to replace the timing belt, the water pump, and the timing belt tensioner, along with the tensioner spring.
we ran into one problem, however. The teeth on the camshaft gears wouldn't match up with the teeth on the timing belt, so we had to jig it around a bit. With a few extra hours tacked on, we finally finished around 4:45! Sheesh! We dropped the car off at the owner's house, and got truckin'. I made it home, took a shower, talked to my favorite people, and then got going to xaviers house again. busy day! Duty tomorrow....
